Quick post to tell you that yesterday I made this amazing Spinach- Feta gluten free pie from Green Kitchen Stories. And that made me think that It was a long time ago I talked about for my favourite food blog. Actually, just when I was starting to do this blog and I was taking a course on wordpress. And this was more an assignment than a thought through post. This time, I want to say a little more:This was so simple to do. This is partly why I love this blog so much. Recipes are easy, they taste like they look and you usually don't need thousands of ingredients. Plus, all recipes are vegetarian, mostly gluten free and generally very healthy. And they often give a vegan alternative too.Green kitchen stories started as a blog with lots of recipes. It's a really cool couple who runs it, David and Luise respectively from Sweden and Denmark. Luise is qualified as a nutritional therapist so you can trust that the recipes will be good for you. They have since then released several cookbooks. All with beautiful photographs and recipes. But the best I find is their app. It's one of the best I have. It exists in several languages. The explanations, the list of ingredients, all that is great. And you have a timer included in the recipe steps. What else? You can usually find all their recipes on the blog anyway. The one for the Spinach and Feta pie is here. I also really like this butternut squash feta pie that my friend Marianne cooked once. I also really loved this aubergine curry and these spinach crepes. Their youtube videos are just genius. And beautiful! Now I'm off to make their Shakshuka for dinner. Bon appétit!
