This tiny place is really worth a try: the café/restaurant Prélude in Brussels has always good and healthy food and a very pleasant feel. The meals are presented in the form of a Bento lunch box but it has very little to do with Japanese food. You will have a choice between a meat, a fish or a vegetarian bento and it will always be accompanied by a sort of cereal and some vegetables or salads. The menu changes every day! They also have a soup that you can have with the same accompaniments plus some very nice tapenades or spread. And as the Bento box is meant to be: everything is always in the right proportions! They have really nice deserts made from Bake, teas (really nice green flower tea in particular), ice creams and drinks.I haven't tried the "planchettes" but I trust that if it's as good as the rest, you will not be disappointed. You can even have some natural wine or Belgian beers with it. In the summer they have a really nice outdoor area, with chairs sitting in the grass, one of the best terrasses in Brussels (well, there is some traffic around but not extensively).you will not find a picture of their Bento on purpose so you can discover it by yourself, but here are some pics that may make you want to try Prélude in Brussels:Convinced to try out Prélude in Brussels?Prelude
